A graduate of Stetson University Law School – where he ranked in the Top 5% of his class and was a member of the school’s law review – Andrew’s philosophy is simple: Spend as much time as possible, face-to-face with clients. It’s not just to better understand the case and the damages that may be warranted, but to develop the trust that’s essential when big decisions need to be made in a short time, under the pressures of high-stakes litigation.

As a former defense attorney, Andrew understands how the other side thinks: a crucial advantage when he fights for his clients today. As a father, he understands that nothing is as important as the welfare of a child – and assuring that child’s security, and rights, when catastrophic accidents occur.

Just as importantly, Andrew knows that the best lawyers aren’t successful just because they understand the law – but because they’ve also mastered the technical complexities of their cases, and how to clearly explain them to juries. It’s what made Andrew one of the most noted young litigators in Florida – an expert in seat back, watercraft, and crashworthiness accidents, in particular.
