Firm Administrator/Senior Case Manager

Most law firm administrators come from bookkeeping or legal secretary backgrounds. Robin Porter’s story is a bit different. Trained as a civil litigation paralegal, she spent 12 years in the courtroom, sitting at the counsel table, helping try cases – the lawyer’s right hand. It was an invaluable experience, and one she draws on each day in her role as the firm’s senior case manager.

Robin is the first person to see the cases that come to the firm, ensuring that each gets a rigorous analysis as we determine which matters will benefit most from our expertise and resources – the cases that cry out for justice. Then, when we take on a case, it’s Robin’s job to make sure we find and preserve evidence as fast as possible. She works with all of our investigators and attorneys, ensuring that we’re properly prepared and positioned for litigation, leveraging the best possible evidence and strategies.

The complex cases we handle are chock-full of small, easily missed – but always essential – details. Robin makes sure we stay on top of them. She keeps us at the top of our game, performing the best possible job for our clients – and getting them the results they deserve.
