The CPSC has recalled numerous toys lately. Most of the recalls have been due to dangerously high levels of lead in the paint used on these toys. Other recalls have been issued for toys that contain small magnets. These magnets can pose a hazard to children if they are removed from the toy. If swallowed the magnets can cause serious injuries or even death.
