Britax is recalling 121,109 Decathlon child seats due to defects in the seat restraint system. The harness adjuster housing can pop out of position making it difficult to properly adjust the harness. In the event of an accident the child may suffer more serious injury if the harness does not fit snuggly. The recall is for the Decathlon model E9L47 manufactured from February 12, 2005 through July 31, 2007. Britax will notify owners and provide a repair kit free of charge.
