Ford Cleared of Fault in Crash

A Barstow Superior Court jury has found Ford Motor Co. not at fault in a rollover crash that killed one person and seriously injured another. The jury rejected the $18 million claim sought by the plaintiff, who alleged that the 1995 Ford Aerostar minivan that crashed was defective in design and that the defect contributed to the rollover accident.
