Judge Orders Ford to Pay Interest on $15 Million Verdict

Ford Motor Company has been ordered, by a federal judge, to pay $3.3 million in interest on a $15 million verdict that was previously awarded to a Tulsa couple. On November 20, 2006 a jury awarded $15 million to Kevin and Veronica Moody for the death of there son who was killed, November 18, 2003, when his 1993 Ford Explorer left the road and rolled over onto its roof.
