NHTSA Investigates Evenflo Triumph Child Seats

NHTSA has received twelve complaints since 2003 of a potential choking hazard with the Evenflo Triumph child seats. While in the seats, children were able to gain access to the foam padding under the cover and actually break it into pieces. Some of the complaints state that the children then put the foam pieces in their mouth. This can present a serious choking hazard.
