Frank Melton has earned a national reputation for professional integrity, unwavering commitment, and great compassion. Frank has successfully litigated numerous catastrophic tire defects and complicated products liability cases all over the United States to help make the public aware of dangerous situations and force those who are responsible to fix them. Frank and his team received one of the largest jury verdicts in Florida for a tread separation/rollover case. Frank has prosecuted products liability cases in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina, New York, Iowa, Idaho, California, Alabama, Wyoming, Hawaii, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Arizona, Illinois, New Mexico, Texas and Indiana.
As an honors graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, Frank worked in medical malpractice law firm before joining Rich Newsome in 2004. His previous work gave him a unique insight into the strategies and tactics of the types of companies he litigates against today.
However, it’s largely Frank’s confidence and compassion that make him a go-to lawyer for the kind of high-stakes, high-difficulty cases we specialize in. By creating a meaningful relationship with clients, digging into the most complex matters, and uncovering evidence, Frank doesn’t just win difficult cases—he helps his clients who have needlessly suffered step into a better future.
