Nicholas graduated Cum Laude with Dean’s List Honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, in Gainesville, Florida. There, he donated more free legal service hours than any other graduate and was honored to receive the Helen Gibel Blechman Pro Bono Award as a result. At the same time, Nicholas earned the highest grade in five UF Law classes while also achieving degree certificates in Criminal Justice, Community Service, and Pro Bono Service. Nicholas is one of the only attorneys to have been inducted into both the Florida Blue Key National Honor Society and the National Order of Barristers. As a member of the experiential Trial Team, Nicholas was named Best Speaker nationally at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.
Since graduating from UF Law, Nicholas has secured favorable results for injured clients including a $1,345,000.00 jury verdict in Collier County, Florida. Currently, Nicholas focuses his practice on unsafe products and tobacco litigation. In 2016, Nicholas became one of the youngest graduates of Gerry Spence’s famed Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming. Nicholas now continues a long tradition of representing clients with a focus on jury trials.
Nicholas is involved with World Vision Charity, HOPE South Florida serving the homeless population of Broward County, and actively coaches the UCF Trial Team, of which he is a distinguished alumnus.
