ATTORNEY

Melanie Penagos was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. She graduated from the University of Central Florida, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Melanie then graduated from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas, School of Law. Since graduating law school, Melanie has focused her practice in the areas of personal injury, products liability, and auto negligence. Melanie is a member of the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, Orange County Bar Association, and the Florida Justice Association where she serves as a board member for the Young Lawyers Division. In her free time, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family and going to the beach to kiteboard.
